We have been Scientists this week obvserving and investigating:

The way objects move depends on a variety of factors, including their size and shape

Some of us had a go at making foil boats and looked to see how the boats moved when we blew them across the water. Some of us blew up different shapes balloons and watched how they moved when we hit them across the room. A few of us discussed how balls of different shapes and sizes moved when we threw them against a rebound net.

All of us had a go at making a fish and a fan out of paper then waving the fan over the fish to move it across the room. We used different types of paper and made fish of different shapes and sizes then raced them across the room and watched how they moved. Some of them moved so quickly that they are a blur!
